EKULF Advanced has a brushhead made up of the finest conic (tapered) filaments. Conic filaments give the brush a dynamic effect. The more pressure you give the brush against the surface the harder it will get. This technology gives a new variable way of brushing the teeth. Gentle enough for brushing the gum and hard enough to clean the teeth. The conic bristles have a unique way of adapting to the anatomy of the tooth, cleaning effectively around and in between the teeth.
